Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order up to 30 minutes after being placed for a full refund. You must email 
michelle@friendsthatlilly.com and provide order details and reason for cancellation.  Refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

Returns and Exchanges
All completed sales are final. Returns and exchanges are available only on items that are received damaged or defective. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please send an email within seven (7) days of receiving your order to: michelle@friendsthatlilly.com. Please include photos showing outside of packaging from all sides, inside of packaging, and damaged item. Make sure photos are taken in natural light, are clear, and damage is visible. Once we review photos and details, we will contact you for further action. We are not responsible for shipping/delivery carrier damage.*
