Shipping Info

We use two different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your order is shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight, size, and shipping destination of your package. We ship with United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • The District of Columbia
  • P.O. Boxes
  • Military APO//FPO addresses
  • Diplomatic DPO addresses

We take the utmost care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives undamaged. For fragile items, that often involves “double” boxing which adds to the weight and size of your package. We package each order as if we are sending them to our own loved ones.

We aim to ship your order within three business days if it is in stock. Illustrated items (T-shirts, blankets, specialty prints, shells) and other special orders may take up to 14 days for our artists to make.

Your tracking number will be attached to your order once it is ready for shipment. All orders are shipped with insurance against loss or damage.

All orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.

Orders may arrive in multiple shipments. We will notify you if this is the case.

Please make sure your contact information is complete and correct when placing your order. That includes email address in case we need to contact you regarding your order. If your order is returned to us due to insufficient address, you will need to pay for shipping again. You will receive an email asking for the correct address with an invoice requesting payment.

If you need expedited shipping, if available to your package destination, email michelle@friendsthatlilly.com so we can make the necessary adjustments to your order.

Once packages are shipped, we have no control over shipping delays, delivery times, and the condition of your package. We understand shipping delays can be frustrating and we appreciate your patience during this time.
